By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase for any reason within 7 working days after receipt of the goods. This is known as the “cooling-off period”. In order to give you time to view the goods, make your decision, inform us of your intention (in writing please: email is sufficient) and also to return the goods to us in their original condition, we accept returns within up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. A full refund of your purchase price and initial shipping costs will then be made within 30 days of our receipt of the goods (the refund is usually possible within 3-8 days). Please note: The cost of returning the goods to us is at your own expense.
